As a Full Time Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and enrolling qualifying Florida customers for free premium health, dental, and vision insurance. You will also assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth. Sales Representative Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
2. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing market conditions
3. Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented
6. High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
7. Strong passion for sales and marketing, with a desire to build a successful career in this field

Sales Representative Duties:

1. Generate leads through various channels, including on-site live campaigns, and events
2. Engage and build relationships with prospects to understand their needs and determine program qualification
3. Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits
4. Achieve enrollment targets
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns
6. Create and maintain sales reports and customer databases
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new selling opportunities
8. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target demographics

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Office commute is required.
