Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Screen Printing Operator workers for an apparel production company in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you’ll help produce high-quality custom garments and support a hands-on production process that brings designs to life. What You’ll Do as a Screen Printing Operator:- Operate and set up screen printing machines, ensuring proper alignment and color application
- Prepare and mix inks according to job specifications
- Load and position garments onto printing pallets accurately
- Inspect finished garments and correct quality issues as needed
- Troubleshoot equipment to maintain efficient production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including screens and equipment
What You Need to Bring to the Screen Printing Operator Role:- Must have at least 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or production setting within the last 2 years
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- No screen printing experience required — entry-level candidates welcome (paid training provided)
- Must have basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, including ability to distinguish colors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
