The opportunities in these departments are ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and want a career with a company that has served Southern Wisconsin for over 100 years.The Service Advisor assists the service department by greeting customers, organizing traffic flow, directing customers to the appropriate areas, helping with the pickup and delivery of fleet and customer vehicles, performing emissions tests, and conducting basic shop clean‑up. The role requires frequent driving, entry/exit of vehicles, walking, and occasional lifting of heavy items. Retirees are welcome to apply.Responsibilities The Service Advisor consults with customers to determine the root cause of vehicle needs, documents concerns in a Repair Order, and dispatches the vehicle to the appropriate technician. The advisor and technician team perform routine maintenance, conduct vehicle inspections, initiate warranty claims, review service history, and obtain customer approvals for authorized repairs.
