What You'll Do
- Welcome GM customers and help with their vehicle service needs
- Write and manage repair orders using GM dealership systems
- Communicate maintenance and repair recommendations clearly and professionally
- Provide timely updates and follow-up by phone, text, and video
- Work closely with GM-trained technicians to ensure accuracy and quality
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and CSI standards

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (R&R and GM systems training provided)
