We are excited to announce an opening for an Entry Level Service Coordinator role with a hybrid schedule. This position involves coordinating project support activities nationwide for a variety of technical services, including but not limited to:

- PC/Laptop Installation

- Network/Server Management

- System Support

Daily responsibilities will include field technician recruitment, dispatch, and management of the service delivery life cycle from technician onboarding through project completion.  

Successful candidates should possess:

- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- A positive attitude

Compensation for this role includes a starting salary range of $40K-$42K annually, along with full medical benefits, paid vacation, and holidays.

The office is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, conveniently within walking distance from Penn Station and all major subway lines and NJ Transit.
