We are looking for a <\/b><\/span>motivated, dependable Entry-Level Flooring Helper <\/span>to join a specialized <\/span>3-person Sheet Goods installation team. You'll work directly alongside one of the best installers in the industry, learning the trade hands-on while getting paid.

<\/p>

Sheet goods flooring is a specialized skill, and we are willing to teach someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn.

What You''ll Do<\/b>

<\/p>

• Work as part of a 3-person professional installation crew

<\/li>

• Assist with the installation of commercial sheet goods flooring

<\/li>

• Learn proper floor preparation, layout, cutting, fitting, adhesive application, seaming, and finishing

<\/li>

• Learn how to safely use flooring tools and equipment

<\/li>

• Help load, unload, stage, and organize materials

<\/li>

• Work on projects throughout Indiana

<\/li>

• Install flooring in a variety of environments, including:

<\/li>

• Hospitals and healthcare facilities

<\/li>

• Gyms and fitness centers

<\/li>

• Schools

<\/li>

• Commercial buildings

<\/li>

• Other specialized facilities

<\/li><\/ul>

• Learn from experienced craftsmen who know the trade

<\/li><\/ul>

• Ability to pass a background check

• Willing and able to travel throughout Indiana

• Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet

<\/li>

• Dependable transportation and attendance

<\/li>

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
