    Entry-Level Sheet Goods Flooring Helper


    Pay: $20-$22

    No Flooring Experience Required — We Will Train the Right Person

    We are looking for a motivated, dependable Entry-Level Flooring Helper to join a specialized 3-person Sheet Goods installation team. You’ll work directly alongside one of the best installers in the industry, learning the trade hands-on while getting paid.

    Sheet goods flooring is a specialized skill, and we are willing to teach someone who shows up, works hard, and wants to learn.

    What You'll Do

    • Work as part of a 3-person professional installation crew
    • Assist with the installation of commercial sheet goods flooring
    • Learn proper floor preparation, layout, cutting, fitting, adhesive application, seaming, and finishing
    • Learn how to safely use flooring tools and equipment
    • Help load, unload, stage, and organize materials
    • Work on projects throughout Indiana
    • Install flooring in a variety of environments, including:
      • Hospitals and healthcare facilities
      • Gyms and fitness centers
      • Schools
      • Commercial buildings
      • Other specialized facilities
    • Learn from experienced craftsmen who know the trade

    What We're Looking For

    We want someone who:

    • Can take direction and work as part of a small team
    • Wants an opportunity to grow into a skilled flooring installer
    • Is willing to travel to jobsites throughout Indiana

    Requirements

    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to pass a background check
    • Willing and able to travel throughout Indiana
    • Ability to perform physical construction work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and working on your feet
    • Dependable transportation and attendance
    • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
