Description for Traveling Roofer:
- Perform commercial and residential roof prep: sweeping, pressure washing, pulling hoses, tearing off old material, and clearing debris.
- Assist with applying specialized roofing membranes, laying tar, glass shielding, and sealing commercial roof systems.
- Load and unload heavy roofing materials, equipment, boxes, and trucks safely on the job site.
- Strictly adhere to OSHA safety standards and wear a personal safety harness at all times while working at heights.
- Work collaboratively with field crews to complete large-scale roofing installations on schedule.
Details for Traveling Roofer:
- Pay Rate: Starts at $21.00 / hour (Scaling upward based on position, trade skills, and experience).
- Project Rotation: 1 Week local work in Vancouver, WA followed by a 21-Day Travel Deployment to West Virginia.

- Schedule & Hours: Full-Time Monday – Friday with HEAVY OVERTIME POTENTIAL (Long summer shifts, 10–12+ hours/day).

Requirements for Traveling Roofer:
- MUST BE WILLING & ABLE TO TRAVEL: 1 week in Vancouver, WA + 21 days in West Virginia (Food & Hotel fully provided).
- NO FEAR OF HEIGHTS: Must be comfortable working long hours outdoors on elevated roofs and wearing safety harnesses strictly at all times.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repetitiously, stand, stoop, bend, pull, and balance on steep/uneven surfaces all shift.
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal transportation required.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background restrictions may apply; drug test required).
- Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and a strong safety-first work ethic.
