The successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's (preferred) degree in Civil engineering with a concentration in Structures, as well as a willingness to learn and a desire to work on challenging projects.Typical Duties:Structural analysis and designContract document preparation including, specifications, and estimatesParticipation in meetings with clients and project team membersChecking and quality review of structural calculations and contract documentsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor of Science from an ABET accredited University specializing in structural engineering, Master of Science preferredEIT preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with structural analysis software such as SAP, CSI Bridge, or similarFamiliarity with CAD softwareDesire to learn and work in a team environmentSteere is an equal opportunity employer.
