Responsibilities
- Operate surface grinders and assist with sharpening punches and dies
- Perform basic machining, drilling, and CNC operations
- Assist with mold construction using mills, saws, lathes, and other shop equipment
- Learn CNC setup and basic programming adjustments
- Maintain quality, safety, and clean work areas
Qualifications
- Basic machining knowledge required
- Technical schooling in Machining, Tool & Die, or Machine Tool Technology preferred
- Entry-level shop experience, internships, or training accepted
- Strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team-oriented mindset
Schedule and Pay
- **1st shift $18.85/hr 5:45a-2p
**
- **2nd shift $1.50/hr premium 1:45p-10p
**
- **3rd shift $2/hr premium 9:45p-6a
Mon-Fri, OT on Saturdays
Sun-Thurs with OT on Fridays for 3rd shift**
