Entry Level Washer Operator Needed
Felss Rotaform is looking for a dependable and organized Washer Operator to support our automated manufacturing operation in New Berlin.
This position is responsible for operating and managing industrial part washers in a fast-paced production environment.
This role is a good fit for someone who:

What you will do
- Load and unload parts into industrial washing equipment
- Keep parts flowing correctly through the process
- Maintain organized staging and material flow
- Follow production procedures and safety requirements
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Maintain steady production flow while handling and moving parts between washers and staging areas.
- Communicate production or equipment issues to the supervisor or lead person
What we are looking for
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Ability to stay focused during repetitive work
- Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- No prior manufacturing experience required
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment, including standing, moving materials, and repetitive handling of parts throughout the shift.
