Entry Level Welder

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Entry-Level Welder to join our team in Abilene, TX. This role is ideal for individuals starting their career in welding and fabrication, focusing on assisting with the fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and equipment while developing hands-on skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic welding tasks under supervision, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Assist with cutting, grinding, and preparing metal components
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
• Learn fabrication and assembly techniques
• Assist senior welders as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic understanding of welding techniques or vocational training preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to read simple blueprints or instructions is a plus
• Reliable and punctual

Overtime is required for this position.
