Job Description :- This role is primarily a Lobby Experience Coordinator (LEC) position focused on providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for patients.
- The candidate will greet patients, assist with kiosk check-ins, answer questions, help maintain the waiting area, and occasionally perform phlebotomy duties to cover breaks or staffing shortages.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assist patients upon arrival.
- Help patients complete check-in using kiosks or tablets.
- Provide compassionate customer service and address patient concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized lobby environment.
- Cover phlebotomy duties during breaks and staffing shortages.
- Perform specimen collection and processing according to established procedures.
- Accurately maintain records and documentation.
- Assist with facility cleaning and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Required Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED (required, no exceptions).
- Some phlebotomy experience required (including internship or externship experience).
- Minimum 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, healthcare, home health aide, etc.).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Basic computer, keyboarding, and data entry experience.
- Ability to work with patients professionally and compassionately.
