Title: Entry Level Phlebotomist / Medical Receptionist/
Location: Saint Augustine, FL
Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire/ Possible Extension)
Shift: Mon to Fri 6 AM - 12 PM

Job Description:
  • Entry PSR I greets and assists patients with compassion during check-ins, helping patients through kiosk/tablet registration while ensuring a positive and professional front desk experience.
  • Performs basic clerical duties, i.e. filing, faxing, preparing mail, maintaining records/documentation, and data entry while maintaining the integrity of the lobby and waiting area.
  • Answers the telephone in a friendly and helpful manner by incorporating the company name, self-identification, and a helpful statement.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience and strong keyboard/data entry skills.

 Additional Requirements:
  • Be willing to learn Phlebotomy skills when there is downtime or breaks that need to be covered.
  • Some Phlebotomy experience is required, along with a willingness to continue growing Phlebotomy skills within the company.
  • Once Phlebotomy skills are obtained, to perform with confidence, both the forensic and clinical specimen collection and processing duties following established practices and procedures.
  • HIGH LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS ARE REQUIRED - this is critical to the heart of the role.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • This is a "Front of House" Lobby Greeter role that also supports Phlebotomy operations as needed.
