Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Entry-Level Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will focus on building strong relationships with tradesmen, contractors, and insurance agencies while actively networking to generate new business opportunities. This is an excellent position for ambitious individuals who want to quickly grow their income and build their own book of business.
You will be supported by a mature sales process that works. No prior sales experience is required - we provide training and support. We reward hustle and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tradesmen, contractors, and insurance agencies
- Attend networking events, industry meetings, and trade shows to develop new leads
- Prospect for new restoration opportunities
- Present Spartan Restoration’s services to potential partners and clients
- Manage and grow your own book of business
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project handoffs
- Meet and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- High energy, resilience, and a competitive mindset
- Comfortable with networking and attending industry events
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to build and grow your own book of business
- Coachable and eager to learn the restoration industry
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, construction, or insurance is a plus but not required
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $70,000 – $90,000 in the first year (Base + Commission)
- Top performers can earn significantly more as they build their book
- Senior Sales Representatives commonly earn $200,000+ OTE
