Title: Senior Payroll Analyst
Location: Remote (preferred timings will be West Cost)
Contract: 9 months 
Pay Rate : $46-48/hr 

Key qualifications for the role include:

• 5+ years of hands-on U.S. payroll experience, including end-to-end processing of complex, multi-state payrolls with strong knowledge of federal, state, and local wage-and-hour laws and payroll tax regulations.
• ADP experience is required. Demonstrated experience working with a major HRIS/payroll platform (Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG) along with time & attendance tools and Workday payroll processing is a plus.
• Strong Excel proficiency (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, reconciliations) with ability to handle large datasets, perform payroll-to-GL variance analysis, and manage year-end activities
• Preferred: CPP certification and experience in high-growth, multi-entity, or publicly traded/regulated environments.
