Entry Writer for Distribution Center in San Bernardino

We are seeking an Entry Writer for a DC in San Bernardino. This is a long-term assignment. The ideal candidate we are seeking for, will come with at least one year of experience, but they should be familiar with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting, and index search functions in Excel.

Key Qualifications:

• Familiar with inbound/outbound department 
• Familiar with working on the customs website
• Familiar with customs entry and overseas shipping
• Strong oral communication skills. Able to speak effectively before staff, management customers, vendors, and other corporate partners.
• Strong reading skills. Able to read and interpret documents such as shipping documents, bills of lading, reports, inventory documents.
• Able to analyze and interpret reports, graphs, and other data
• Strong and accurate data entry skills

Experience Requirements:

• HS Diploma required
• 1+ years of experience in logistics planning, administrative support, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.

Shift Details:

• Schedule: 8AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Compensation:

•  $22–$24 per hour, DOE, commensurate with experience.
