SUMMARY
The Environmental Administrative Assistant reports to the Environmental Director and provides administrative support to environmental programs, projects, and personnel. This role supports environmental compliance, project tracking, recordkeeping, internal coordination, and communication. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-organized, and experienced in providing administrative support within an environmental or technical setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this position, the employee may be required to stand, walk, sit, and communicate effectively for extended periods. The role involves routine office tasks along with occasional light field work to support environmental programs. Responsibilities may include lifting and moving boxes or equipment (typically up to 25-40 lbs.), organizing storage areas, loading materials for community events, and driving department vehicles for errands or site visits. The employee must be able to safely operate standard office equipment and maintain the physical capability required for event setup, field support, and general administrative duties.
