Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage environmental and civil engineering projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee environmental investigations, remediation programs, site assessments, permitting, and compliance activities.
• Lead civil engineering efforts including site development, grading, drainage, utility coordination, and infrastructure improvements.
• Prepare and review technical reports, proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, scientists, surveyors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project financial performance and ensure effective resource allocation.
• Support business development efforts through client relationships, proposal preparation, and project presentations.
• Mentor junior engineers and environmental professionals.

Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within environmental consulting, civil engineering, or a related industry.
• Experience managing environmental remediation, site development, infrastructure, or regulatory compliance projects.
• Strong knowledge of NJDEP regulations, permitting processes, and environmental compliance requirements.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related engineering software is a plus.

Job Offer

Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $180,000+ depending on experience.
