Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Physical Science or related field. One year of enforcement or inspection experience in an environmental or law enforcement is required. Must present a Driver license during the interview selection process.

This role is responsible for providing follow-up and enforcement for violations of Chapter 24 of the Code, including, but not limited to, sewage overflows; wastewater collection and transmission systems mandated under the Consent Decree between Miami-Dade County and the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA). This role also enforces regulations for facility permitting; and violations of State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection regulations pursuant to delegation agreements, to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
