Environmental Compliance Manager

What Your Future Day Will Look Like:
- Lead and direct all environmental activities including training/safety for company employees
- Maintain and ensure that all EPA programs are adhered to including Air Permitting, Storm/Industrial Wastewater, RCRA, TSCA and Risk Management
- Conduct investigations to determine root cause of incidents and initiate preventive and corrective actions
- Lead programs to prevent environmental issues and accidents
- Provide guidance on the handling, storage and disposal of all hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials
- Prepare/complete all environmental reports

To Be A Champion In This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (i.e. Safety, Environmental or Chemical Engineering)
- 5+ years of environmental compliance management experience in a manufacturing facility
- In-depth knowledge of EPA standards and regulations
- Prior experience working with state and federal regulatory agencies
- Waste Water Operator certification will be a huge plus!
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
