Job Title: Environmental Compliance Project Manager 3
Location: Reno , NV
Salary Range: $80/hr to $85/hr on w2
Introduction
The Cloud Infrastructure Construction Environmental Compliance team is responsible for environmental permit compliance related to the construction of Data Centers (DCs). The Construction Environmental Compliance Lead will manage environmental permits during construction until turnover to operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong background in environmental permitting and compliance.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and global organization.
- Conduct site walks as needed from the office in Site A trailer.
- Travel to Site B and C for additional site walks and to connect with other project stakeholders.
- Ensure environmental compliance.
- Maintain open communications with on-site and remote staff.
- Strong desire to continually learn and innovate.
- Strong background in project management and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
- Specific knowledge of environmental permitting programs and requirements.
- Working knowledge of remedial investigations, remediation strategies, and execution.
- Ability to follow construction schedules and identify compliance risks and mitigation.
- Enablon experience.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction and operational environmental compliance.
- Experience working through environmental permitting and compliance in multiple markets.
