Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and related due diligence activities.
• A degree in Geology, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Strong critical thinking and technical writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing projects and leading teams.
• Expertise in areas such as natural resources, wetlands, and ecological assessments.
• Familiarity with Brownfield sites.
• Experience collaborating with real estate professionals on fast-paced, quick-turnaround projects.
• Familiarity with complex industrial and commercial sites presenting significant development challenges.
• Experience with asbestos, mold, lead-based paint inspections and reporting (North Carolina Asbestos Inspector Certification preferred)
