Job Title: Environmental Engineer - Water Services - (Fall 2026 Grads!)Job Description: CDM Smith is seeking an entry‑level Environmental, Water Resources, or Civil Engineer to join our Water Services Group. The role supports the design and implementation of water and wastewater treatment facilities, sewer systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure. Working under direct supervision, the engineer will ensure designs meet client specifications and comply with federal, state, and local regulatory standards.Responsibilities: Conduct site assessments and adjust design parameters as neededPerform water quality analyses and modelingPrepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations for client meetings and industry conferencesAssist in creating documents and presentations using ArcGIS, HEC‑RAS, SWMM, CADD, Excel, and other softwareParticipate in fieldwork supporting construction management activities, providing a comprehensive project life‑cycle experienceMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline. 0 years of experience required. Domestic and/or international travel may be required; frequency contingent on project demands.
