Our client is looking for a Field Foreman/Site Supervisor to lead their construction services in for multiple projects throughout the South Jersey area. Candidates need to have knowledge of petroleum equipment system installations, demolition and remediation, concrete, and masonry.
Responsibilities:
* Lead daily field construction activities including excavation, trenching, piping installation, tank setting/removal, equipment installation, and concrete work while ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently
* Supervise, train, and coordinate field personnel and subcontractors while working closely with project managers, clients, inspectors, and other stakeholders to execute project requirements
* Review project drawings, specifications, and technical plans to manage site operations, coordinate materials and equipment, and identify field changes or potential cost impacts
* Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies by conducting daily safety meetings, completing JHAs, and managing field documentation, reports, and time tracking
Required Skills & Experience:
* 2+ years of field experience working with petroleum equipment systems
* Tank piping systems, tank monitoring, and fuel management experience
* Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm
* Ability to travel locally
Preferred Skills & Experience:
* Experience with Underground/Aboveground Storage Tank System (UST/AST) Installation/Removal/Upgrade
* 40-hour OSHA certification is preferred
* NJ, PA, DE tank certifications are preferred
