Work Environment
This is a field-based role with most working time spent outdoors at project sites across Midland, Pecos, and surrounding areas. Travel between locations, often working independently with a high level of autonomy while performing hands-on maintenance, sampling, and inspections in varying conditions, including heat and other weather exposure. Field work occurs year-round in a safety-focused environment that emphasizes compliance with environmental and health and safety regulations. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday with consistent hours and opportunities for overtime, offering strong earning potential. The position provides structured training, mentorship, and a strong safety culture, along with the possibility of a take-home company vehicle to support efficient travel between sites.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
