Responsibilities include performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, preparing detailed reports, conducting due diligence activities, and supporting environmental projects from start to finish. Candidates should have a high school diploma (Associate's preferred), familiarity with environmental concepts, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with Phase I ESAs, technical report writing, and asbestos certification.
