Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager
Location: Aiken, SC
Pay: $125K - $135K + 15% bonus

Summary
We're seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety and environmental programs at a modern manufacturing facility in Aiken, SC.
 
This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys being on the production floor, coaching employees, solving problems, and driving continuous improvement. You'll build on an already strong safety culture while partnering with operations, engineering, and plant leadership to improve safety, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance.
 
Responsibilities
  • Lead all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulations
  • Conduct safety audits, inspections, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
  • Lead employee safety training and Safety Committee initiatives
  • Partner with Operations and Engineering to identify hazards and improve workplace safety
  • Drive safety culture, continuous improvement, and plant transformation initiatives
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing experience
  • 5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA General Industry (29 CFR 1910), environmental compliance, and manufacturing safety
  • Experience with audits, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and safety training
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 
Preferred: CSP, ASP, CHMM, or CIH certification, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001 experience.
