The Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator, under the direction of the Sr. EHS Manager is responsible for the coordination of occupational safety, environmental, and workers compensation compliance, as well as training programs and occupational health issues. This position serves as a liaison between employee safety activity and management teams and reports directly to the Sr. EHS Manager in efforts to support Hans Kissle's "See Something, Say Something, Do Something" Culture. Key Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with all company, state, and federal standards. Keep Management informed of all current and new environmental hygiene, and safety laws and regulations. Serve as site subject matter expert on all safety and environmental issues. Work closely with employees and management on all levels to ensure safety policy is being followed and enforced.
