We are seeking a bilingual EHS Coordinator to support a growing manufacturing operation and help drive safety, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives throughout the facility.This role is highly visible within the organization and will work closely with leadership, supervisors, and production employees to identify hazards, reduce risk, conduct training, investigate incidents, and continuously improve safety performance.Responsibilities Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments throughout the facilityLead employee safety training programs in both English and SpanishInvestigate workplace incidents, near misses, and injuries while implementing corrective actionsEnsure compliance with OSHA and other applicable safety regulationsMaintain safety records, documentation, and reporting requirementsPartner with operations leadership to identify and eliminate workplace hazardsPromote employee engagement and accountability around safety initiativesAssist with developing, implementing, and improving EHS policies and proceduresSupport environmental compliance efforts and overall safety culture developmentQualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)Experience in Environmental, Health & Safety within manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or distribution environmentsKnowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety standardsExperience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigationsStrong communication and relationship‑building skillsAbility to influence employees at all levels of the organizationSafety certifications such as ASP, GSP, CSP, OSHA 30, or related credentials are highly preferredBachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, Occupational Health, Engineering, or related field preferredWhat We're Looking For This position requires more than someone who can enforce rules.
