We are hiring an Environmental Health & Safety Business Partner to join our Sauna360 team!

DISCOVER

As an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Business Partner, you will play a highly visible, strategic role supporting two manufacturing sites - Cokato, MN and Milton, PA. You will serve as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, helping shape a proactive safety culture while ensuring strong regulatory compliance and risk reduction.

This role extends beyond compliance, focusing on influencing behaviors, decisions, and safety culture. You will partner closely with operations, engineering, HR, and production teams to embed safety into daily decision-making, capital projects, and evolving processes. You'll have the opportunity to leave your mark by shaping programs, improving systems, and helping sites move toward leading indicators of safety success, along with stronger engagement and reduced incidents.

YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT

  • Are you energized by influencing leaders and shaping culture? Serve as the primary EHS partner to plant leadership, building credibility as a trusted advisor while coaching supervisors and leaders to embed safety into everyday decisions and drive a more proactive, engaged safety culture.
  • Do you know how to turn compliance into meaningful, sustainable change? Lead OSHA and environmental compliance efforts across sites, translating audits, regulatory requirements, and inspection findings into practical action plans, while strengthening systems and maintaining a strong, audit-ready posture.
  • Can you build momentum through relationships and on-the-floor presence? Spend time in the plants learning production processes, engaging directly with teams, and identifying risks in real time, building trust quickly by being visible, approachable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Do you use data and leading indicators to drive results? Analyze incident history, safety trends, and leading metrics to uncover root causes, prioritize improvements, and demonstrate measurable progress in reducing injuries and strengthening performance.
  • Are you skilled at turning problems into prevention? Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits to identify systemic gaps, then drive timely corrective actions and backlog reduction to prevent recurrence and improve overall safety systems.
  • Can you design programs that actually work in the real world? Develop and implement core safety programs (e.g., LOTO, PPE, machine safety, emergency response) and training strategies that are practical, adopted by the business, and aligned to operational realities.
  • Do you thrive in a highly visible, multi-site role? Partner across operations, HR, and engineering teams while supporting two manufacturing locations while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on execution and influencing outcomes without direct authority.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Safety Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or similar environments
  • Experience managing or supporting multi-site EHS programs
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience leading audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions to root cause
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through leading indicators
  • Strong communication, training, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in manufacturing environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS systems
  • Ability to build relationships quickly and collaborate across HR, engineering, and production
  • Willingness to travel periodically (~10%) to support multi-site responsibilities
  • Certifications such as ASP, CHMM, or similar are preferred
