Program Duration Summer 2026, 10 Weeks

Pay Range 18-25 per hour based on location, experience, and academic level

Program Overview Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to Environmental Health & Safety practices in a manufacturing environment while contributing to meaningful projects from day one. Over 10 weeks, you will gain:

• Hands-on experience in EHS program development and compliance • Mentorship and guidance from experienced industry leaders • A professional network across functions and facilities • Career-ready technical and professional skills

What Youll Do As an EHS Intern, you will:

• Assist in conducting safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments • Support compliance activities related to OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards • Help develop and update training materials, safety procedures, and emergency response plans • Analyze EHS data and recommend improvements to reduce incidents and ensure compliance • Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership

Qualifications We are seeking motivated students who are ready to learn, grow, and contribute. Currently pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale. Knowledge of safety principles, environmental regulations, or compliance programs preferred. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills. Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative. Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.
