Lead Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Programs

Job Description
Lead company-wide EHS programs and compliance initiatives
Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, EPA, and related regulations
Drive proactive safety culture and employee engagement programs
Lead audits, inspections, investigations, and corrective actions
Manage environmental compliance programs and reporting
Develop and deliver safety training and certification programs
Track EHS metrics and communicate performance to leadership
Partner cross-functionally to improve workplace safety and operational effectiveness

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree required
7+ years of EHS leadership experience within manufacturing
Food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of OSHA and Cal-OSHA regulations
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead culture change
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
CSP certification is a plus
What's on Offer
Base salary up to $140,000
Bonus approximately 16.5% annually
