Job Summary:
The EHS Manager, like all other team members, is personally involved in creating a workplace free from all injuries, and their dedication to doing so will be absolute and clear through their actions that safety is a condition. The role is a combination of understanding legal safety requirements (OSHA) and setting standards for the plant's workforce and office personnel across the company. The EHS Managers knowledge is used to help guide all team members in the ways of safe behaviors, and to train workers/staff to understand safety procedures and requirements, as well as taking the lead in the Care Management process. This position will report to the Director, Engineering & EHS.

Education & Experience:
Associates Degree or equivalent in a related field and/or 3-5 years experience effectively running safety programs in a manufacturing environment
Food industry experience preferred
EHS and OSHA 30 certifications preferred but can be obtained on-the-job.
