URGENT: Environmental Litigation Mid-Level Associate
Pittsburgh, PA | Hybrid
Salary: Competitive / DOE
A respected law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Environmental Litigation practice. This is a hands-on role with direct client contact and exposure to complex, high-impact matters.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
- Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and research memoranda
- Conduct legal and factual research; interact with clients and experts
- Take and defend depositions; argue motions
- Manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery
- Assist with hearings, trials, and business development initiatives
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Experience handling complex matters and technical materials
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Active Pennsylvania law license in good standing
