Work Environment

This role operates primarily in a cleanroom environment within a modern, state-of-the-art facility supporting cell and gene therapy manufacturing. The technician splits time between working in the cleanroom and performing desk-based tasks such as data entry, documentation, and trend analysis. The team is currently small and growing, and the technician will often work independently at a specific site, so comfort working on one's own and taking initiative is important. The standard shift runs from 8:00am-5pm and sometimes could be 10:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m., with some flexibility required as hours may occasionally shift earlier or later based on operational needs. Dress code outside the cleanroom is business casual, while appropriate cleanroom gowning and aseptic attire are required during environmental monitoring activities. The environment emphasizes compliance with cGMP, safety, and quality, while offering opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding organization.
