Bachelor's degree required in public or business administration, marketing, public relations, accounting, or related field. Recent relevant experience may be substituted for required education. Valid Texas driver's license, Class C, required. One year of municipal, management, marketing, public relations experience required; knowledge of municipal field and Public Services operations preferred. Strong initiative and interpersonal and analytical skills required. Must have ability to foster and maintain effective working relationships with peers, public officials, and the public. Must be skilled in: problem solving; use of computer and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Adobe Pro and Arc GIS software programs.
