We are seeking an Environmental Program Planner to support appraisal-related assignments, documentation, correspondence, and data management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Track and assign work and assignments to appraisers.
Ensure appraisal review reports and related data are uploaded into databases.
Coordinate between case management teams, applicants, and appraisal staff.
Prepare emails, letters, and other correspondence related to appraisal requests and deficiencies.
Maintain accurate records using electronic and manual information systems.
Utilize GIS and GPS tools for data and information management.
Provide administrative and coordination support to the appraisal team.

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Microsoft Office proficiency.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Data entry and database management.

Familiarity with coastal environments, geography, or appraisal work is a plus.
