The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Project management (fully executing scope of work from self-generated proposals, ensuring field tasks meet state/federal regulations, adhering to cost and time budgets)
- Hands-on field work with Property Condition Assessments, Phase I, Due Diligence, SWPPP, SPCC, and other environmental services
- Report writing and quality control
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
- Client account development and relationship building
- Mentoring junior project team members
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Geology, Engineering or Environmental Science with 5-12 years of experience, at least three of which servicing major clients.
- Hands-on field work with Property Condition Assessments, Phase I, Due Diligence, SWPPP, SPCC, or other environmental services,
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management,
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills,
- Be able to show solid examples of contributing to a client execution team while exhibiting a high degree of self-direction, and
- Business savvy and high energy.
