Job Description:

We have an immediate need within our Environmental Division to hire an Environmental Project Manager in the Due Diligence, Investigation and Remediation Group, based out of our Ballston Spa, NY office. This group provides a full range of environmental services from initial due diligence and site assessment through remediation and site closure.

This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of projects, including environmental due diligence, site investigation, and remediation projects under various regulatory programs. The successful candidate will work closely with internal leadership, direct junior staff regarding technical needs, manage client relationships, and contribute to the continued growth of LaBella's environmental and due diligence practice.

A successful candidate will be capable of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously, preparing proposals and budgets, and ensuring high-quality technical deliverables that meet client and regulatory requirements. The applicant must have a minimum of three years of project management experience with one or more NYSDEC remedial programs (Spills, State Superfund, BCP, etc.).

Duties:

• Prepare cost estimates and proposals.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget across multiple environmental projects.
• Oversee project teams to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review technical reports.
• Manage project finances and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with internal safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Conduct occasional field visits (limited travel required).
• Utilize MS Office Suite to support project execution and documentation.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.
