Job Description

Manage and coordinate field activities, including safety planning, site assessments, and environmental investigations, along with contractor oversight. Evaluate environmental data and support preparation of technical reports for clients and regulatory agencies. Ensure projects are executed in compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders. Support proposals, scheduling, scope management, and milestone tracking. Track budgets, support project financials, and assist with business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee contractor operations to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Evaluate environmental data for accuracy and relevance.
• Prepare and support the creation of technical reports for clients and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and environmental regulations.
• Effectively communicate with clients and key stakeholders.
• Support proposal development, scheduling, and scope management.
• Track and manage project milestones.
• Monitor budgets and support project financials.
• Assist with business development initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor"s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience, including progressive Project Management responsibilities
• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred

Work Environment

The work environment involves both office-based and fieldwork, requiring travel to various project sites. This role demands attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication skills. Professional attire is expected when interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $84.08/hr.
