The Environmental Public Health Specialist position will monitor regulated facilities for compliance with local, state and federal public health/environmental laws. Position will investigate complaints related to environmental hazards and infectious agents and educate stakeholders on regulations as they apply to their facility using the latest scientific knowledge. Will engage community partners in developing policies and procedures to utilize resources to protect the publics health.
