- 2 to 5 years of relevant environmental consulting experience.
- Strong experience performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance with ASTM standards.
- Strong experience performing Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, including planning and conducting soil, groundwater, and vapor sampling.
- Understanding of environmental due diligence processes associated with commercial and industrial properties.
- Experience with site investigation activities, including sampling coordination and environmental data evaluation.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations relevant to site assessments, remediation, and compliance.
- Proficiency in environmental science and environmental remediation practices.
- Hands-on experience with soil sampling and site assessments.
- Experience supporting remediation activities and corrective actions.
- Strong technical report writing skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with project teams, clients, and regulatory agencies.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a consulting environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard environmental reporting tools.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with environmental compliance activities, including regulatory permitting and documentation.
- Familiarity with groundwater and hydrogeological investigations, including data collection and analysis.
- Exposure to Brownfield redevelopment projects and Baseline Environmental Assessments.
- Experience assisting with hazardous materials surveys, vapor intrusion studies, wetlands determinations, and feasibility studies.
- Comfort working with advanced technologies, state-of-the-art laboratory tools, and field testing equipment for environmental and geotechnical analysis.
- Interest in career advancement and professional growth within an engineering consulting environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
