Environmental Services Assistant, Full Time, First Shift

Job Description

Under close supervision, the Environmental Services Assistant performs basic tasks to maintain the facility in a sanitary, safe, clean and attractive condition.

Responsibilities

Cleans & sanitizes consultation rooms, utility rms., kitchens, copy rooms and restrooms:

• Dust and damp mop resilient floors.
• Operates buffers, auto scrubbers & extractors.
• Strip/scrub & refinishes floors.
• General cleans lobbies, waiting areas, offices, conference rooms, etc.
• Sanitize and empty trash receptacles & transports biohazard waste.
• Cleans & polish wall hangings, water fountains, ice machines, vents, mirrors, glass doors & equipment.
• Transport furniture & complete set-ups.
• Vacuum carpet, upholstery clean furniture and spot wash walls.
• Stores & replenishes supplies, report repairs & safety needs, etc.

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience preferred, but not required. | Ability to read and comprehend written materials. Preferred: 1 - 2 Years equivalent experience.
