    Your mission

    Grow and retain a high-value portfolio by turning complex regulatory requirements into clear, safe, and cost-effective environmental services for hazardous and industrial waste generators.

    • CRM accuracy: opportunities, notes, activities, and forecasts always current.

    Core activities

    • Prospect, qualify, and close new business across industrial, commercial, manufacturing, construction, and laboratory accounts.
    • Lead site visits, waste surveys, pre-bid meetings, and project kickoffs.
    • Evaluate customer documentation—SDSs, waste profiles, manifests, analytical data, and process descriptions—to shape solutions.
    • Collaborate across compliance, operations, transportation, customer service, and disposal facilities to set pricing, schedules, and disposal/treatment options.
    • Develop compelling quotes, proposals, bid responses, service agreements, and presentations.
    • Gather required materials to support waste profiling and approvals; communicate requirements clearly to internal teams.
    • Maintain working knowledge of RCRA, DOT, EPA, state regulations, and facility-specific criteria influencing pricing and delivery.
    • Support special projects: lab packs, facility cleanouts, roll-off services, bulk and drum shipments, emergency response, recurring disposal, and recycling/beneficial reuse programs.
    • Represent the brand at customer sites, trade events, industry meetings, and networking forums.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree preferred (environmental science, chemistry, business, engineering, logistics, safety, or related). Equivalent industry experience considered.
    • 3–5 years in hazardous waste, industrial services, chemical, transportation, recycling, or related environments within sales, account management, customer service, operations, or technical roles.
    • Experience coordinating multi-department field projects and disposal initiatives.
    • Familiarity with hazardous and non-hazardous disposal, RCRA codes, DOT hazard classes, manifesting, waste profiles, SDS review, and facility requirements.
    • History of building quotes, proposals, scopes of work, and pricing for disposal or field services.
    • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) and CRM proficiency.

    • Ability to translate technical disposal needs into clear, executable service plans.

    • Thrives in fast-paced settings; high integrity, follow-through, and customer focus.

    Physical and travel

    • Local and regional travel to customer sites, company facilities, bid meetings, and industry events.
    • Comfort in industrial, warehouse, recycling, disposal, and field service environments with strict adherence to safety.
    • Use of PPE as required.
    • Capability to pull samples and prepare shipments, including attaching markings, labels, and placards.
    • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
    • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record may be required, per company policy.

    Work environment & safety

    Expect exposure to sites where industrial chemicals, waste materials, trucks, heavy equipment, and regulated activities are present. You must comply with all company and customer safety policies, site rules, and applicable regulations at all times.
