About the Role
A leading healthcare facility in Grand Forks, ND is seeking an experienced Environmental Services / Custodial Operations Manager to oversee 2nd‑shift operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and manage Environmental Services / Custodial staff during 2nd shift
- Ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment across patient care and public areas
- Partner closely with Infection Control to maintain compliance with healthcare standards
- Drive patient and client satisfaction through strong communication and service delivery
- Oversee departmental projects, initiatives, and Unit Operating System processes
- Monitor compliance, track project milestones, and ensure timely completion
- Support a diverse, inclusive, and high‑performing workforce
- Utilize technology and reporting tools to manage operations effectively
What You Bring
Must‑Have Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of management experience
- Minimum 2 years of functional experience in housekeeping, environmental services, or custodial operations
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate teams in a service‑delivery environment
- Strong customer service and guest satisfaction mindset
- Experience managing projects, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and drive operational results
- Proficiency with computers and operational systems
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare or hospital EVS experience
- Familiarity with infection‑control protocols
- Experience in hospitality or large‑scale facilities management
