The Marshes of Skidaway Island, a premier senior living community, is looking for a compassionate and hospitality-oriented Environmental Services Director to lead our housekeeping and laundry team.
What You'll Do:
• Lead and support a dedicated team across housekeeping and laundry. • Ensure our community is clean, safe, and beautifully maintained. • Oversee scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. • Manage budgets and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations. • Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
What You Bring:
• High school diploma required; technical or housekeeping certification preferred. • 2+ years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or facilities management. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, laundry systems, and safety standards. • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
