Full-Time | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities
What You'll Do
As the EVS & Linen Team Lead, you will serve as an extension of the Environmental Services Leadership Team by providing guidance, direction, and hands-on support throughout the shift.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and direct workflow to ensure continuous departmental operations and prevent service gaps.
- Serve as a resource and role model for Environmental Services team members.
- Perform quality inspections and provide hands-on coaching and training.
- Support cleaning and sanitation of patient rooms, offices, waiting areas, meeting rooms, and other hospital spaces.
- Promote a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
- Represent the Environmental Services department with professionalism and outstanding customer service.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1–2 years of Environmental Services experience
AND
1 year of restorative floor care experience or 1 year of sterile field experience
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience
1–2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
1–2 years of hospitality experience
