Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead environmental services and housekeeping operations within our skilled nursing facility. Only candidates with prior healthcare housekeeping leadership experience will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and schedule environmental services (housekeeping) staff
Enforce infection control, sanitation, and safety standards throughout the facility
Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, compliance, and survey readiness
Address and resolve environmental or safety concerns promptly
Manage inventory and ensure proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
Partner with nursing and maintenance teams to support daily operations
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping or environmental services within a healthcare or skilled nursing setting
Strong knowledge of infection control and regulatory standards
Proven ability to lead staff, enforce expectations, and maintain accountability
Strong organizational and communication skills
Compensation & Benefits:
$42,000 - $45,000 annually (based on experience)
