Environmental Services Technician Senior

Responsibilities

• Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other staff.
• Comply with all applicable safety and health related rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Perform job requirements; including but not limited to the following: clean floors, vacuuming of carpets, empty trash, clean stairwells, elevators, entrance ways, perform dusting and polishing, glass and restrooms, etc.
• Maintain a thorough inventory.
• Use equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers and carpet cleaners.
• Collect and take out trash and recycling.
• Secure equipment at the end of each shift.
• All assigned work will be performed by the schedule.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED and one (1) year work experience and four (4) years related experience.

Terms of Employment

• This is a non-exempt position.
• This is an At-Will employment position.
